| Cyber Alert - A Great Day on the Hill |

Dear Families,
Wow! What a fabulous day it was in Harrisburg on Tuesday!
We can not even begin to say how grateful I am to the hundreds of families and supporters of public cyber schools who came to our Day on the Hill to meet with their legislators and tell them how important our schools are!
We would like to thank every single child, parent and grandparent who came; because every single person who made the commitment to come has helped to protect our schools! We would also like to thank the schools themselves for helping to bring their families to the rally. It was great to see the many brightly colored T-shirts flooding the Capitol.
Finally, we are extremely grateful to Sen. Jeffrey Piccola, Sen. Anthony Williams, Sen. Mike Folmer and Rep. Jim Marshall and Rep. Rob Kauffman for accepting the Charter Champion Award. Their support of public cyber education has been critical. We are so glad they are on our side!
We would also like to thank Larry Jones and PCCS for helping sponsor the event. Also a huge thanks to Darlene Callands and the staff of Black Alliance for Educational Options for helping to bring so many schools to the Capitol. We also want to send a special thank you to the Delaware Valley Charter School Band for helping us march to the right beat!
We wish we could say we can now catch our breath, but we need to stay vigilant. Keep in touch with your legislators. Build on the relationship to make sure they know how strongly you believe in your educational choice.
Your commitment and passion for public cyber schools was on full display on Tuesday. Thank you all again for your efforts!
