Dear Families,

Our 4th Annual Day on the Hill on May 25th is only days away!  We hope we will see all of you there for a great event!
Here is our official schedule:  

   10:00 am:                         Registration - Mall Area behind Capitol Museum  

   10:30 am - 12:30 pm:     Meet with legislators          

   12:30 pm:                         March to the Capitol

     1:00 pm                  Rally and awards ceremony, Capitol Fountain     

     2:00 pm - 4:00 pm:        Meet with legislators

Stop at our table and register and pick up a packet we will have ready for you.  This packet will have all the information you need for the day, including a letter to leave with your legislator, fact sheet and information about our schools. So make sure you stop by our table and get your packet!  Also the schools will have tables set up in the area so make sure you stop at your school's table too!

If the idea of meeting with your representative sounds a bit intimidating, just remember they are your representatives - they represent you. When a constituent travels to Harrisburg to talk about an issue, it really does make an impression.
 
So please try to schedule an appointment and if you are able, bring your kids with you. If you are not comfortable getting into the specifics of the legislative process, just tell them why cyber schooling works for you and ask for their support. Your presence will go a long way in keeping our schools open and thriving.

I want to thank all of you for attending our 4th Annual Day on the Hill.  We have heard from so many families and schools who are working together to drive attendance toward this important day.  It is events like these that help show our legislators just how much we value our public cyber schools!
